Refund Policy

Between Organizers and Participants 
The company does not set refund policies on behalf of the Organizers or participants. It is the responsibility of the Organizer to communicate its refund policy to Exhibitors / Participants and to issue refunds in accordance there with.
Consequently, Exhibitors / Participants requests for refunds should be directed to the respective Organizer and in no situation shall be directed to the Company. 
Any refund-related issues or disputes shall be strictly between the User and the Organizer; the Company shall not be liable for any refund-related claims in connection with event Services; and the Organizer hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company in connection therewith.
In the event, if an event is cancelled or postponed by the Organizer for whatever reason, Event Organizer/Manager Company will attempt to refund the amount or stall rent as per the policy of their company/entity. Stall / Space cancellation provision is not available with Stall Guru for any participant. Organizer reserves the right to reject any application based on its absolute sole discretion without assigning any reasons. 

Between Stall Guru &Organizers / Participants 
In case of cancellation or Postponement of the event, fee paid by Event Organizer is not refunded as advertisements are carried out all long while till the date of information (in case of single event fee is paid)
Subscription sold to Organizers for monthly or yearly basis are again nonrefundable but in certain cases (mentioned below), the management can review the decision.
•    The organizer quits the business / industry
•    The organizer leaves the country
•    In case of death

For participants, the subscription fee is completely non-refundable once they have started using our services.

Fee / Subscription Refund:
The subscription / fee is 100% refundable to participants & organizers if they raise the request within 48 hours of paying the amount and have not used the services at all.
